The Chelsea Gardener will do its utmost to provide your specific choice of colour/material/fragrance. However we reserve the right to supply an alternative product of equivalent type and value if otherwise unavoidable. The purchaser will be notified of any substitutions made and will be offered the opportunity to amend or cancel the order at such time.
The Chelsea Gardener can only accept orders on clearance of funds. Payment is possible via credit or debit card only.
Although Vouchers are available for sale through our website they can only be redeemed in a participating store and not online.
The Chelsea Gardener’s liability under the contract to which the order relates is limited to the value of the order. The Chelsea Gardener will accept no liability for consequential loss.

1.-Delivery is only possible on payment of the appropriate charge. These are the charges applied:

2.-Items will be dispatched anywhere in the Mainland UK by post, courier or direct delivery from our suppliers.
Please note, some of our products are available in Central London only. If you wish to buy and have those products delivered outside London or any other items outside the Mainland UK, please contact us and we will be pleased to offer your a shipping quote to your chosen destination.
Deliveries do not include Installation or Assembly service. If you wish to have your items installed or assembled, please contact us and we will be happy to quote this separately.
3.-Orders are processed and deliveries are made Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. We aim to deliver your order within 4 days, subject to availability.
The Chelsea Gardener cannot guarantee delivery for a specific day or time. We can only offer a general indication, but will always liaise with the recipient or customer to provide the best possible information as to delivery day and time and, where possible, to offer a delivery time convenient to the recipient.
4.-Furniture and BBQ items may be delivered direct from our suppliers. You will then be contacted directly to arrange a suitable time dependant in availability and lead time.
5.- It is vital that we are provided with contact details for delivery, including a delivery contact telephone number, so that we can take steps to satisfy ourselves that someone will be available to receive your order.
6.-Delivery charges only provide for one delivery attempt. In the event of a failed delivery caused by no one being present at the pre-agreed time, we reserve the right to require the payment of a further charge.

We offer a refund or replacement policy for any item delivered that is not as described and/or is not of merchantable quality or fit for purpose.
We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery if goods arrive damaged in any way; all products will be checked before dispatch to ensure that they are in the best condition when they reach you or the recipient.
