We are delighted to welcome again all our loyal friends and customers.
We are committed to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both staff and customers. This is why we ask you please to observe social distancing across the store.
Inevitably, to protect our customers and staff, we have to limit the numbers and this may sometimes mean you have to queue to entry, although we do our best to keep waiting times to a minimum and have opened our coffee shop, The Chelsea Gardener Cafe, for take away hot & cold drinks and ice creams, to make your wait more pleasant. We do ask you t be patient with us as we do our very best to look after and protect you, our important and valued customer.
If you require specific or expert advice for any particular project, or have constraints on your time which makes it difficult for you to queue for entry, please email info@chelseagardener.com to make an appointment with our team. These one-to-one appointments are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 10am.
Whilst working with a smaller team, we will are committed to keep our attention to detail and best customer service.
