Good colour for shade
Small flowering shrubs which are prized because of their fondness for shade and flowers. There are hundreds of varieties to suit every taste and garden. Flowers are produced in mass from early spring and into mid summer. Colours are bright and range from pinks and whites to blue and red with every shade in between. Their foliage also varies in colour shape and size. One constant however is that they prefer some shade and acidic soil. They are evergreen and fairly hardy. They look great planted beneath taller trees and shrubs and in containers. Sizes from 20cm dwarf varieties to 1.5m species. Available in sizes of 15cm to 1m. Usually available in spring and autumn.
