Strawberry Jam Set

Fresh strawberries are simply delicious, but to enjoy them all through the year, why not make your own jam? Choose fruit which is dry, sound and not over ripe; the quality of the fruits is very important. Fruit which is wet or damaged will turn the jam mouldy and over ripe fruit lacks pectin and acid and the jam will not set properly.
