Botanical name: Ficus Binnendijkii. Upright growing plant. Very attractive braided stem with longer dark green leafs. It makes a very architectural feature in a room. Slow growing, and hardy as an established tree. Maintenance: good light, but avoid direct sunlight. Water thoroughly until water runs into saucer. Allow the top inch to dry before watering again during spring/summer, and reduce watering during winter time. Mist the leaves and fertilise regularly. It is important to avoid drafts.
